Process and Policies

Our Studio Hours Are: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (Excluding Holidays)
Below you'll find a brief description of the studios workflow and some of our policies.

1. Free Consultation

Our consultation is free. If you have a project you want to discuss contact us and we'll set up a time to discuss your project by phone or email. Let us know what you want to create and we can provide ideas and possible solutions and as-well-as a project timeline. Stuck for ideas? We are in the creative idea's business and can provide you with some great creative solutions too!

2. Free Quote

Once we understand the requirements of your project we will email you a “Free” no-obligatory quote on what your project will cost. You are under no obligation. The quote is just an outline of the cost if you proceed with the project.

3. The Quote is Approved and Signed

If you are satisfied with the quote then sign the quote and fax or email it back to us and we will start working on your project. (Please Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept approval of a quote verbally or by email. All projects require a signed quote before any work can begin.)

4. Deposit

We require a 50% deposit before work can begin. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

5. The Artwork is Started

Once the quote has been approved by you and we have received the deposit we will begin work on your project. We keep you informed of the projects progress throughout it's entire process through email.

6. Client Sign-Off on the Completed Artwork

Once the artwork is completed and meets your approval we will get you to sign off on it. (The Sign-Off is your approval that you are satisfied with the final artwork and that the artwork has been completed as set out in the Quote.

7. Invoicing

Once the final artwork has been approved and signed-off then we will send you the invoice. We will arrange payment using cheque, money tranfer or money order.

8. The Artwork is Shipped

After final payment has been made, then we will send the artwork to you electronically or by mail. (Please Note: Unless a separate arrangement has been made, final artwork/assets will only be released after final payment has been made.

How long does it take to complete the work?

At BUZZFX we work hard to complete your project as soon as possible. Please let us know the urgency of your project before we start the work so we can give you an accurate completion date. Work that needs to be completed in a very short time period and requires overtime or weekend work, will be billed a separate rush fee.

Business & Liscencing Opportunities

At BUZZFX we are always interested in new opportunities. If you have a business proposal, product idea or liscencing opportunity you think we might be interested in then please contact us to discuss.

Disclaimer

• We charge a 25% fee for all rush jobs.

• Final artwork/assets will only be released after final payment is received.

We reserve the right to ammend or make changes to the: Terms and Conditions, Work process or other documentation as deemed necessary.
